I recently had the opportunity to visit the Delta Airlines Office in Aberdeen and I have to say that the entire experience was outstanding. The personnel made me feel very welcome as soon as I stepped in, and they were really professional and kind. They made a difficult travel circumstance feel easy and even enjoyable with their attention to detail and readiness to help.
One employee in particular went above and above to assist me in rescheduling a flight that I had missed because of unanticipated delays. She made sure I was happy with the new arrangements, patiently went over all the options with me, and even followed up to make sure everything was in order. I was genuinely impressed by the degree of individualized attention I received.
The actual office was tidy, orderly, and well-managed. There was no lengthy wait, and all of my questions were fully addressed. The staff in the Aberdeen office obviously takes great delight in providing excellent customer service.
