I was excited to learn about Jetblue Airlines Beijing Office when I first entered their Beijing office. The employees were friendly and gave me thorough details regarding their baggage policies, check-in procedure, and available seats. At first, I was perplexed by the additional fees for several services, but their openness enabled me to make wise choices. Despite the large number of travelers, the office was well-run and I got help quickly. I felt ready for my flight by the time my visit was over. I was pleased with JetBlue's service and had a wonderful first experience at their Beijing office.
