I had a great time with the Lufthansa Airlines Calgary Office. All the staff members there were very professional, warm, and efficient in attending to my booking needs. They fully answered all the questions that I raised concerning the details of the flight, including baggage policies. This assured me of having all the proper knowledge in advance for a successful trip. The offices were clean, and tidy, with a quiet ambiance and spacious sitting area which made it easy to wait. Actually, there was no waiting, and the whole procedure was very fluid from the beginning to the end. I did appreciate the attention the team paid to the detail of the service and the friendly attitude. I would recommend others to their services.
